Housing Options and Assistance for AIU Students

AIU South Florida works with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to offer comfortable and affordable shared student housing in apartments near campus.

The typical housing configuration is a furnished, two-bedroom, one or two-bathroom apartment, with utilities paid, and shared by up to four same-gender AIU South Florida students. In most cases, each student will share a bedroom with another student although a limited number of private bedrooms may be available at a higher cost. Each student signs an individual lease which may be tailored to the school's scholastic terms.

Collegiate Housing Services will be on campus during Registration and Orientation days to assist students in signing leases and settling into their new residences. For more information, contact CHS here.
